I love that, "Gods not in a rush". Its something the lord has spoken to me before and now again. The way the lord said it to me is, "God is more interested in the journey not the destination" we forget that God is more interested in who hes making us to be and the relationship part than just getting us to a certain point. Its just like when you raise a child your not initially excited to see them graduate college its just not the first thing you think of when you have a new born. Just how! I’m moving place to place, building my e-commerce store online. Temporarily staying at my uncles because of how much persecution I experience in my home. They think I’m crazy, ignorant and dumb for pursuing such path. Yet I have a vision to build Gods kingdom and give back to the ministries. I’m in debt and struggling to get food. I do my best to find an income in the meantime so that way I can grow my business. God has humbled me and took away many things in life. That guy giving you money out of nowhere like that changed you and I had a similar situation. I only had $3 for gas one day and I went in and paid but when I pumped my gas, it gave me $5 worth. I’m thinking the cashier messed up but with that, a young guy walked out and said you’re welcome. I said that was you? He said yeah I know what it’s like. The only put a couple dollars on a tank. It wasn’t much, it was only two dollars but the fact that he did that just changed my heart.

If a believer isn't listening to God's voice, revealing his Word to us in new, personal ways, then that person may be missing out on much of what he has planned for them! I remember having this talk with my uncle a preacher, and he explained it to me so well. Currently I want my business to succeed, have financial freedom for my future family. However I noticed these were signs that I was not trusting God with my growth, I was not putting my faith that He will provide for me. I learned to let these things go, and learn that faith also comes through action, action of letting go of worries, action of trusting more and NOT relying on my own understanding, action to pray more so I can receive guidance. I’m going through it right now … and I just prayed .. Lord please give my mother peace .. as her only child .. there’s so much she wants from her son. Paul - love your heart on this and it's exactly where God is trying to get us at. God has asked us to trust him, not necessarily understand him. Also, I think a lot of us have been guilty of thinking whatever God is calling me to is gonna be "Big". And to that I say, this might be more of a heart issue or some brokenness still going on inside. There are plenty of stories of God giving people what they asked, but in his way and not exactly what people wanted or asked for themselves. Like we want to help people, maybe do missions, because we have Christ inside us .. and to do something "Big". But for some the real reason we want to go do and do this is because we like adventure, travel, and expressing our own selves rather than having the mindset of serving others and thinking about how we can be useful rather than having a personal experience. I'm certainly guilty of this when I was younger.. it was all about chasing the story. The testing part is difficult and sometimes feels impossible, but this just shows how much God loves us and has the best for us in the end. "To live is Christ, to die is gain."

Amen, I've been following the Lord on the path of entrepreneurship for 6 years now. The growth was much slower than I would have liked but looking back so necessary and I'm grateful for roadblocks or with holding that He ordained because we would not have been ready for it. He even gave me a taste of what I thought I wanted and it was incredibly stressful under my own strength and ego. Since His restructuring we built strong and slow and have been doubling the last two years by his sovereign grace. We have a full team of strong believers and I'm daily grateful and astounded by His goodness. That’s an awesome testimony! I was on the same boat, 6 years ago a seed of entrepreneurship was planted by one of my close friends. Shortly after he passed away. Then I started pursuing anything in the realm of financials mainly for the money in the beginning. Always wanting to just “make it” and be “rich”. But it was so empty. I only found that out because God showed me the true excitement and love when it comes to entrepreneurship. It’s about the journey to embark on and the things you learn and have to learn in order to reach your goals. Not only that, but he also showed me how empty It truly felt to only chase money. If your heart isn’t in it and if you’re not passionate about it, odds are that isn’t for you. So ever since realizing that I’ve been having an awesome time being patient but also learning as much as I can and with so much passion. God put roadblocks in front of me because I wasn’t ready for what’s about to come into my life in terms of success in the entrepreneurial world. And I am so grateful and happy that he did because I wouldn’t be who I am if it weren’t for that. Thank you my lord and savior Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father 🙏🏻❤️

I'm not positive that money is an idol in my life but I do know that a lot of my identity is tied up in being a "provider". I appreciate the reality check.

I'm in a situation where I thought I was doing what God wanted me to do for my business, but every single business idea that came to me didn't work out, and I always came back to square one. I don't know whether God did this to shape and mold me to be someone that He wants, or maybe the time was just not right, or perhaps it was all only my imagination and fantasies to be able to do a business as if I was glorifying God. I know that It's been only 4 years since I got saved and purposely took a 180 turn from pursuing earthly things to actually serving God the best way I possibly can, However through this video I learned that time is something that I cannot see objectively through the lens of God But I still have my faith and trust in Him to do whatever He feels best for me

Right on time! I've had great financial success with real estate-$6M in sales with my business partner in the first year-and in my beauty business. When I gave my life to Christ, the first thing He began to take away was my idolization of money and independence. Instead, He started helping me build my foundation on Him. I had to leave work many years ago to care for a family member. I have a wife and three children. Things have been hard to the point of being homeless in temporary accommodation and having to live in areas where there are shootings and stabbings. About 18 months ago God showed me a way to make money from home through reselling clothes. This allowed me to better my position somewhat but for the last month or two it's been so slow I have been really struggling. I'm absolutely desperate to better the lives of my wife and children. Please pray that I will have more success. As a dad, I want to represent God to my family and show He isn't a God of lack

Loved this! Yes, that's the way God works. God stripped away everything (business, house, cars, etc) I had so I could find my identity in Him and pursue HIS purpose. He didn't give me my answers immediately either. He took his time reshaping my character and slowly revealed how I could bring together what he has placed in my hands as a business. Keep pursuing GOD and he will add and multiply.
