Which of these 5 cheat codes for making more money are you most psyched on?

Leverage. To get out middle class thinking patterns of feeling pride in working hard and focus on how to get the result in the easiest / quickest manner

1. Lazy people make more money due to unlocking cheat codes for wealth creation 2. Hard work doesn't always look like hard work 3. Leverage is the key to earning more with less effort. 4. Success depends on being in the right 'boat' and applying leverage. 5. Successful entrepreneurs think divergently, not convergently. 6. Surround yourself with creative thinkers to enhance your thinking 7. Skills are the ultimate leverage for success 8. Asking better questions leads to success 9. Asking better questions can reveal the actual underlying problem. 10. Understanding why success is not only due to hard work. Great job! Thanks for sharing this gem, Anthony!

Great video! I'll speak for the W2 employees on here. This absolutely applies to your job as well. I have no interest in being an entrepreneur, but I am an 'intrepreneur' working in a large tech company. I have worked my way up the ladder by understanding exactly how my role impacts the earned revenue of the business, if you don't understand that, your not paying attention. Be sure to fully understand the KPI's that your manager is measured on, and then work to have a positive impact on those. Once I understood this, I not only moved up quickly, but found that if I only focus on the tasks that have an impact, my workload dropped way down and I could be considered one that doesn't work near as hard as my peers because they get caught up burning cycles on activities that have no impact on the bottom line and then complain they are too busy. It's all about impact!

I appreciate that you've taken the time to reply to everyone's comments. Amazing concepts/ practices in this video which are definitely all beginning to click for me. When thinking about entrepreneurship and being in the right 'boat', I always think about finances, technology, marketing etc- and creativity is more where I'm at. Can that be leveraged effectively so the boat is the right boat? I'm speaking specifically about interior design. I can become easily turned off by marketing myself, ego or trying to conform in any way, and tend to undercut myself and not finish projects as a result. Having to conform myself after a while always tends to choke my passion (speaking specifically about losing the why and creating what others want, rather than what inspires me). I can see now that I need to choose something and stick to it. Do you have any step by step guidance for a sensitive soul such as mine who has a lot of creative potential, around how to execute a successful business without letting society or the 'image' detract from reaching my goals while also enjoying the process?
@AnthonyVicino5 ай бұрын
Totally understand where you're coming from. I see this a lot with creatives who are trying to turn their passion/art into a business. A few quick thoughts: 1. You don't have to love it, do it anyways. This is one of the hardest lessons of discipline I've ever learned. In the past, if I didn't want to do a thing (or wasn't interested in the thing), I simply wouldn't do it. But there will inevitably be things in your business you don't want to do and your ability to show up and do the work despite how you feel is critical to success. 2.It's not about what YOU want. Right now, you're probably connecting how you feel about interior design projects to how YOU would like the design to look. So when you're working on projects that require design elements you personally would never choose, you lose interest in the project. Here's a mental switch that might help (if this is in fact accurate): Your job as the designer is to create a space that your CUSTOMER loves. And that might mean it looks nothing like what you would've chosen, but of you can connect to the passion you feel for creating spaces that make your CUSTOMER'S ecstatic to come home, then it'll make it easier to summon the energy to get in there and do the work. 3. Sales is service. The number one thing keeping creative entrepreneurs playing small is their fear or distate for "promoting" themselves. So they get in their own way and stop themselves from taking the actions necessary to grow. Here's another helpful mental reframe: If you have a product that can genuinely help people and improve their lives, then don't you have a moral obligation to let them know about it? NOT telling them you have the cure to their cancer is actually a bit selfish, no? Listen, interior design might not seem like it's going to transform somebody's life, but just imagine how much better they'll feel when they come home after a long days work and step into their private sanctuary that makes them feel safe, inspired, and joyful. That's a beautiful gift you can give them... but only if they KNOW you have the solution to their problem. So get out of your own way and go tell them you can help. Afterall, you can't save souls in an empty church.

@@AnthonyVicino Thank you so much for taking the time to share these insights with me. SO TRUE! It's clear you have put an immense amount of work into the way you think and how you approach life. Massive respect for you and duly noted- I will get out of my own way haha. You summed up why I want to be an interior designer so clearly, and that is because I truly believe in and have experienced myself the power a well thought out environment can have on overall wellbeing- rest/ recovery, reflectiveness, creativity, and focus.

Thanks for the awesome videos! I have ADHD as well and am having difficulty choosing a business opportunity to follow. My brain can see all the possibilities which is great, but also overwhelming as I want to commit. Not necessarily to the "right" one, but to something that's at least not a guaranteed dead end.
@AnthonyVicino6 ай бұрын
I totally feel that. Sometimes you've just gotta commit to one path, but be ready/willing to pivot if necessary. The only thing that won't move you forward is to sit at the fork in the road overanalyzing all the possible paths (without actually picking one).

Hey man (nobody asked but) , i have been watching you from early days and i wanted to give some feedback. You have so much value to give and you are more credible than most “gurus”… i can tell you are getting frustrated at the slow traction and videos that dont do so well.. and i can see the content strategy changes and iterations… what i think is the missing piece and im not an expert is that tou are not building a community and a connection with the audience it always is (valuable) but general advice aimed at peoples qualities like “laziness” or “procrastination” idk how but i was try to make a way to engage, have a mission and focus in in how to use what your teaching in a realistic way that relates to people and maybe even give a name to your audience like ViciNation (you can come up with something better)

I appreciate all the love and support! Interestingly, I'm actually really psyched on the traction we've had on this channel. I honestly don't put much weight into the vanity metrics of views and subscribers, so when the views on a video slow down I don't get too bent out of shape. Your feedback is very much appreciated though. With this channel I've tried to keep the content very high level/general, and then tried to get more detailed/specific with our podcast channel (Amplified Impact) and newsletter. I'm curious: of the videos we've done, which are your favorite? (any topics or angles in particular you're enjoying?)

okay one simple honest question i am asking to you sir, can you tell us scientifically step by step practical way to earn money as much as possible as quick as possible according to our resources that we have, if i talk about me, i have web development skills, i can work on any tech,, passion for tech and building stuff, i have some experience running a youtube channel successfully (just in one month channel monetize) now running it part time intentionally, currently full time i am making a web app all alone hoping that will run successfully, if not at least i can get a job by showing this as my experience or i will start all over again if resources allow, that's a plan so far, right now no job, negligible earning source (50-100 dollars/month from channel), 1k dollar saving, full time available (6 months), full energy available, now can you tell me step by step according to my resources, how can i move forward fast? waiting for your reply sir!
