This is solid advice, almost to the letter what I did in the 1980s to establish myself as a technical writer and filmmaker. Easier to do in your 20s with nothing to lose, but still valid at any age. Thank you for explaining so succinctly what I’ve attempted to answer when young folk ask, “How did you get there?”

awesome video. I’ve made over $1M since I started working in 1987, so I guess I’m a millionaire too!

Similar to what Alex Hormozi says and while I haven't made my 1st million as yet I'd say what you've said is correct. I'll add what I learned to my knowledgebase and continue to provide value.

It’s worth noting that the vast majority of 'dumb' people are not rich, and while intelligence is not a perfect predictor, higher intelligence generally correlates with a higher likelihood of achieving a comfortable socioeconomic status. The so-called 'dumb' millionaires are outliers, not the norm (you won’t become IShowSpeed just by barking on camera). Getting rich is challenging for everyone

Money cannot buy happiness; it can only amplify it. A truly successful life means thriving in all aspects, such as finances, health, and relationships. Consider this: having a lot of money can lead to boredom and stress if you're constantly hustling just to accumulate more. Financial freedom is vital, but it’s only one part of true success. Remember, it’s not just about cultivating the right mindset; it’s also about nurturing your heart set. Wherever you find yourself right now, and regardless of your perspective, know that I honor, acknowledge, and bless you for being exactly where you are. Thank you.☺️☝️💙

I don't really understand. It's like these two are the polar opposite of each other. Won't "Control the Center" and "Position over Submission" clash with each other?

3 takeaways? Okay... 1. Focusing on the now. 2. The significance of mental models. 3. The anti-fragile. (That one was new to me, although in a sense, it's not new, since our muscles usually get stroner after they've been placed under stress.)

I’m a musician with another job with a low income. However, thanks to my presence on my KZbin channel, for the first time, a couple of brands reached out to me to review their music products. I have their products at home now, I just need to work on the videos. I hope this is the start of something new. Thanks for the video and for the “deliver value” tips.

@AnthonyVicino6 күн бұрын
What're you talking about? Majority of these books are either around mindset, philosophy, or psychology. Only one (the most important thing) is ostensibly about making money/investing.

I was coding an indicator for trading and man was it so awful, like the errors just kept coming on, but dang I just wanted that indicator so badly that I managed to get through and persist the awfulness of doing it, and then came the point where I was just like "heck no im going to get this done" then I was just locked in But at first I couldn't get to that cause I kept going to you tube just to get that rest and when I was back, man was it dreadful, and that's why I also learned to take boring breaks to get into flow again once your back to your work I also believe in effectivity over productivity, or smart work beats hard work
