Would you please share a technique we can practice to raise awareness? Before continuing watching the video, I'm in the beginning right now, I want to say that it's also not a coincidence if I turn off the video and choose not to watch it. 😂Anyway now I'll continue listening. Shit I gotta relax, been all hyped and speeded. Yesterday evening was crazy, I was all over the place. Everything turned out better than I expected during a few days when I was panicking like shit with what I felt was legit reasons, anyway it went better than ever. I had all these horrible thoughts but it all turned out freaking amazing, although I came back even more addicted to caffeine, let's just say that. 😂At least I feel people will respect me for being like I am and not judgement about it. I am allowed to be crazy although I won't do something stupid of course. But yeah, it feels good. Couldn't be better. I was really surprised that it wasn't like these catastrophic thoughts went. But anyone who are like me would have reacted this way. But previously to that I was all high and shit, no I took nothing. Now when I went home I was all high and shit again. Cus unlike my thoughts, I was speeded even there, it only went good instead. Totally amazing, but now I'm even more caffeine addicted. But yeah, imagine having such a freaking experience that it turns out the opposite to what I was told and then instead I go home happy as fuck (although even more speeded but at least I'm happy). And yeah I couldn't sleep but now I have some more melatonin and that is natural. Yeah, so happy. Nothing unnatural, just the good melatonin. Wow it's so amazing. I feel more trust to be honest to people. I mean, I ain't going to crazy that's fore sure. But I'm still allowed to be a bit crazy I feel and I love it. Glad no one saw me in my apartment though in the evening. Damn I was all over the place. At least I fell asleep eventually with some more melatonin. WOW it's so amazing. Reality is great. I mean I can definitely see my higher self having planned this. Wow, you know at least the fear I went into I could release a lot of that. WOW I'm just happy. Anyway. Sorry long comment. I think I just have a very intense personality but it can be that way. I am loved for who I am. 😊
