Good tip!! I took an hour and tinkered with Downloader and found all kind of goodies like that. For example, instead of typing in the 5- or 6-digit shortcut codes every time i type it once and save it under favorites, located under the sandwich icon in the upper right. Or even going full screen like a regular browser.

Can I ask you what you need the fire stick for if you’re going to plug it into a fire tv? Fire tvs are smart TVs they don’t need a fire stick to get access to online content?

I have a 4k firestick and used unlimitv but now it refuses to open this file and so i did the usual clearing of cache and data and even deleted it. This is when the problems started because it now asks for a URL which I don't have and I can't find the unlimitv file to download again. Could you tell me if I can get this download back again.

I’ve set up loads of sicks over the years so know what I’m doing but….. just got new Toshiba fireTV Done all the usual stuff: permissions etc … but won’t download anything although the file is there in files in downloader which gets deleted afterwards, got vpn on re loaded downloader did also reset on tv but still says app not available on the white screen… help ?

Is the firestick compatible with smart TV with Prime pre loaded on the TV? I have downloader but when my firestick is plugged into the TV all my downloaded apps are gone. I didn't get rid of them but I can't find them I have no way to access any menu that I used to have access to and I don't know where my apps went please help me I'm not very tech savvy but I do know a little bit I'm just not sure what to do here thanks for your help in advance

Amazon deleted your apps turn off the automatic delete options on your firestick so this doesn't happen in the future
