Hi Sarah, I’m a new subscriber. I just found your channel yesterday. Let me start by saying that you are such an inspiration, and congratulations on your book!! I’ve loved writing for as long as I can remember. Now that I’m in my early 30’s, I’m so tired of the constraints of the corporate world. I am at a point where I can take the time to pursue something I love, and eventually be able to support myself and also have the freedom to work from anywhere. I’m in the very early stage of learning about copywriting, with the excitement comes immense nervousness and feeling overwhelmed. I appreciate your content, it has been so helpful just to give me an idea of where to start. Thank you ❤

It can definitely feel overwhelming and scary to realize you want to step away from the corporate world (what society wants us to do) and live our dreams of becoming writers for a living. But it’s soo important to lean into that uncomfortability because with uncomfortability comes change! 🤗 Copywriting has given me a freedom old Sarah had no idea was possible - and for so many of my students too! Thanks Sarah, I definitely appreciate you and have pre-ordered your book as soon as it came out. Our family has had some addiction issues and I'm so thankful that God in his grace has delivered them. My goals have been to write since childhood. My Mom's words keep ringing in my mind, if you're going to write them write something useful for others. 😂

I want this so badly. I need to be able to support my child and myself as I leave a toxic marriage. My question is, is the market over-saturated? Someone told me I should just give up, but this honestly sounds like a dream.

I totally understand your concerns. I teach my students how to be so much more than copywriters. They essentially become fraction CMOs with my program. And those are not going to be replaced anytime soon. I also show my students how to go after high-end clients. These clients are too busy running their businesses to write their own copy. Which means they're also too busy to learn how to create their own copy. Keep in mind, this career is always about increasing your skill set and staying adaptable. Because the world of digital marketing has always been shifting. If copywriting is something you want to go after, you can make it! Many of my new and old students are receiving tons of work, some are even experiencing their best months this year alone. Mindset work is the absolute best investment of time you will ever make in yourself and your business. And there's no end to it. You never get to a point where you don't need to improve. But it is SO worth it! Living with the right mindset will take you so far in business and in life. You’ve got this!

I'm 53. I wrote a couple poems got them published when I was 35 or 36. 1 of those free sites. I never made any money. I tried to figure out how to write books on my own to get them published. I eventually gave that up. I Wrote plenty of journals since I was like 7 years old. This spoke to me. My girlfriend passed away Father's Day 2023. I've been in the hardest places since then. Not knowing what to do. I just know I do want more. As I still write. Writing my journals mostly about her since then. Thank you for this. Writing has always been something that I always wanted to do more with. Never knew how to make money with it until now. Thank you again. I just feel like I'm where I always wanted to be. Do this in my girlfriend's memory. Thank you again!
