Delusional use of the word “faith”. Faith is essentially believing something without evidence. You board a plane and use a microwave not based on faith but because you have reasonable expectations. You know things occasionally fail. There is no faith in science as the process involves proving itself wrong (ie scientific method and peer reviews).

It’s funny to observe how people trying to cancel god by criticizing some text. While a real direct miracle is in front of everyone's eyes all the time. Learn, observe, ask questions, look for answers and over time you will see a bigger picture: the universe and the god is the same thing. Singular multi-level living organism, intelligence, organizing itself step by step from the elementary vibrations of the quantum field to the brains in which it became conscious. Ah, anyways, it's just a word juggling. You can call it universe or god - it doesn't matter. It's just a tags, describing the same phenomena. Althou it makes difference for your subjective expirience of life. It is infinitely more interesting to live as a god than as a handful of microscopic balls gathered in a heap for no reason.

Just a quick note: the birth narratives in the gospels of Luke and Matthew both state that Jesus was born in Bethlehem, so they don't contradict. They just tell two very different stories about how his parents ended up in Bethlehem, which do contradict each other. The other point is that a lack of belief in God does not automatically demonstrate that there is no afterlife. The two claims are mutually exclusive of each other and should be treated as separate hypothesis. I generally agree with Dawkins but think he may be painting with too broad a brush.

It's not the fault of the religion, that humans are abusing it's faith to rule whole communities. I would rather believe in something with a peaceful approach, rather than following and trusting smart and manipulative tyrants. It's hard to comprehend if you have not the overview over the whole situation. You are likely to repeat what you have picked up, along your way. It is likely that your opinion is formed by education rather than experience. You don't know where your education is originating from. I suggest not to take everything for face value.
