I got one yesterday after being natural for 8 years I did a few things he said not to do especially the scratching, I was nervous thankfully she used a good base. I love the results, however my toddler wasn’t impressed. His first words to me were, “your hairs not right.” 😂

I was natural for 8 years (loc were my favorite), finally I gave in and got a relaxer. In my opinion my hair grows way faster and remains healthier when it relaxed.

Soooo what you're saying is, don't get your touch up in the wintertime! 😂😂 Mine burned every time regardless of seasons or how "prepped" I was by the stylist. Though funnily enough when I did texturisers on myself my scalp didn't burn once. So glad I stopped all of that many years ago. My scalp has been great ever since.

@@LilithsCosmicLounge Hey Sis. I realized that my hair was just was Thirsty. I have learned to drink Plenty of Water, sometimes I forget. When I see my hair is dry I use a spray bottle with distilled water, add a moisturizer Cream, then Seal in the moisture with an oil. Braiding my hair after then taking the braids out, trained my hair to wave,or coil with enough softness and shine, that a simple fluff and head band is All I Needed. Creative ideas will come. ✨✨👩🏾🦳❤️❤️❤️

As an old schooler who does not drink coffee, I've always known all the other tips. I'm glad that you are sharing because I wouldn't have ever thought so many didn't know. I see KZbin videos where the person washes her hair the day before she relaxes. I would NEVER do that. Keep bridging the gap! You look great!
