*Don't light yourself on fire to keep others warm!* That is one of my favourite quotes! I used it in a book I was writing once. I related to it way too much at the time. I'd referred to it like I was drowning inside just to make everyone else around me happy or smile. And it made me feel horrible. I ended up learning to push through it and change my ways through balance. If it felt fake, I'd try to push back from it. And if I knew it made me feel good and was real, I knew it was the right thing to do. I love quote number 12! ❤ (Sorry if I'm rambling)

I don’t know if this goes unnoticed or not but I would like to add one I think is very important and that is to Carry yourself with pride and confidence. Don’t overdue it to the point of being a a bad person but just when you go into something go into it with a confidence or mindset that this won’t be so bad or this might even be easy. I promise this mindset will set you up for success. It helps get rid of lingering doubts while still keeping them there but more of an after thought than an overwhelming presence.

I went to a psychiatrist for 3 months he prescribed me meds which made my emotions numb. Every single day it's so difficult in being different my family's traditional belifs and expectations weigh me down . They always make me the culprit in every problem I suffer from childhood trauma because of their mistakes but funny enough they won't admit it or encourage me to seek help.
