Jak, you’re really helping me to find my old self again. I used to be so socially confident and would to talk to people with no problem before I started high school. But some things happened in year 8 that really screwed my mental health and confidence. My entire year group knows who I am because of what happened back then and now whenever I see someone looking at me or hear them laugh behind me then I think they’re mocking me for it. But ever since I found your content I’ve become better, I started talking to my crush, started working out and focusing on my self confidence using my KZbin channel to help. I’m still not there yet but I feel like the old me is starting to come back and when he does I feel like I’ll finally have control of my life again. Thank you.

I havent really showed any short of emotion that I want her but we are talking every morning in school or in the adternoon using intagram. The only problem is that she may consider me as a friend and nothing else. Edit 3 : After 1,5 days we actually did it. I thought i got over it and then some events happened and i hit rock bottom. Watching your video helped, it really did. And your vids are better than those processed repeating gibberish videos that talk about "top 10 ways to be charismatic" or something because your videos actually have a meaning, a message you can say. It's because i can sympathize with your vids knowing your experiences and how you get over things. Even if it's a strategy for youtube or something i can still feel the sincerety in your videos. Watching it reminds me the things i've forgotten like how things can be really simple sometimes if you have the right mind. I was just thinking about this, I had went on the usual 'self improvement' journey and gained lots of confidence, yet I had a big fight with my friends, which left me alone and hesitant to talk to others, I thought I would be fine if I just focused on myself, but I realised, ı developed fear. Fear to speak, getting that lump at my throat whenever I wanted to, even if it was to say 'hi' or 'good morning', all the 'tricks' and 'tips' other influencers gave might have been useful, but my hesitancy to talk did not even let me do that. I was looking for a solution for my problem, thats when I looked at youtube and found your videos recommended to me. I believe it was meant to find me. Thank you for making the video and helping me find the actual solution and not just telling me to talk like other self-help influencers. 🖤

It didn’t matter that they weren’t perfect. I was more worried that my face was dirty from working on his property. We typically judge ourselves more than we judge others.

I've struggled with anxiety for most of my life. I've tried getting help from professionals and only helped me to understand what was causing it, but I didn't know how to control my anxiety. I've been evading social interactions with people, especially girls, because I'm in constant fear that they will think I'm stupid, since when I get anxious my mind just goes blank. This lead me to have a porn addiction and I started smoking marijuana recently, too. Well, today I decided I want to make a change in my life and try to be the best version of myself. Everything you said on this video is exactly what I needed to hear. Thank you so much bro!!

Bro I cannot stress how much I needed this video, this video made me reflect on my class, here's the thing, I try too hard to fit in the class, that I think of myself so lowly. The thing I'm scared of doing in my class is trying to join in a conversation. Because if I do try that, I feel myself getting hit with weird stares, like I'm some weirdo. And my mind will always try and make me do anything to fit in, since I feel so left out. I just wish I can talk to someone every day, or at least get an everyday conversation with a variety of people. I just wish I can be as good as they are with socializing, and coping with not being talked to. I swear man, when you said that "if they think it's cringe, it's a reflection of what they think will make them cringe if they do that" was good for me, because you basically told me in other words, "You're doing something they can't, because they know they'll get hated for doing it, other than you". Thank you my man, and please upload more to keep helping me in life.

But Ive never been able to bring myself back to do it again and Idk why. Thank you for not being like the other videos just saying "do it lol" and actually telling us WHY we might feel this way. Only one problem is that its Friday so I cant go to school and use this motivation but hopefully Ill remember.

Ok Jak, If I can give you 1 piece of criticism, it’s with your thumbnails… Please make your thumbnails a bit different from each other and make them more unique. Cuz like, you made 3 videos with a thumbnail thats you sitting in your car, with like the same camera angle. And you made like 20+ thumbnails of you standing in the same room, with the same purple light, with the same white text above your head, with the same microphone, with the SAME WHITE SHIRT, AND WITH THE SAME FACIAL EXPRESSION! The thumbnails from like 5 months ago and even a Year ago where a lot better, so can you like update your resent ones and start making more unique thumbnails please, thank you. Nothing wrong with the content, just the thumbnails getting a bit repetitive thats all, lots of hugs❤

If this wasn’t the most relatable thing I I think I’ve watched then I don’t know what is. I swear this was me all throughout high school because in the beginning I was much like you. Very quiet, afraid to mess shit up with my class mates like a simple speech even though I wanted their respect with little confidence. And it was hard and I started using “corn” and it got even worse. It was at my worst in 11th grade because I got this girl I likes number but I lacked the confidence then to just talk to her. And it ate away at me. And I just had to say screw that and just let it die and get myself back on track. But, it’s been hard to find myself again. It really has been. But, hearing you say this shit to me right now is the most empowering shit I’ve heard in a while and I needed that. I really did bro.
