i would create better worker employment protection by creating mandatory months long notice period prior to layoff. longer annual holidays (at least 5 weeks), more stat holidays by taking holidays from other provinces.

1. Change Ontario’s system to an Mixed Member Proportional representation system 2. June 1st would be a stat holiday called Ontario Day, and in return for recognizing the indigenou day in September the feds will recognize Ontario day as well. 3. Tie minimum wage to inflation.
