The best part of this series to me is seeing the minor adjustments you make to the programming based upon your needs and circumstances. It’s giving great insight from a more experienced lifter on why you would choose one variation over another and really helps a novice like myself to develop the intuition to lifting according to what my body needs.

I personally don’t find this to be “pointless” or “nonsense” whatever you said… this is an incredible resource for getting someone ‘into The gym’ or ‘back into the gym’ Just the dialogue, and your level of understanding is so packed full of information and it seems super digestible. Coming back from a reset makes it seem so relatable. I think it is a unique and motivating series without being overwhelming or overstimulating

I took a break from listening to your guys' podcast over the spring and summer. These video diaries are bringing me back. Really well produced videos. The lighting in your gym definitely helps. And Adam's enthusiasm is super inspiring!!

These videos are SOO useful. I love that you share your stream of consciousness as well as how hard you work on your mobility and priming, in addition to the workouts. So helpful!!

Commenting for algorithm because I want this series to have as much reach as possible. Loving it dude. I’d love to see Justin do a series on strength training for athletes/martial artists as well.

Absolutely love this series. Please keep it up! And I actually love the candidness/guerilla style of it. Helps me to see what a realistic gym session looks like. Even better for someone still recovering from an injury like myself. So thanks for what you guys are doing.

How would it help you? His calories are specific to his exact situation, and there are no magic foods. So long as you’re eating whole food sources at an appropriate amount for your goals, then it shouldn’t make a difference whether he’s eating oats or sweet potatoes.

Adam, you didn’t lack the strength as a kid to do dips, you had long arms unlike your short AF friend and most bodybuilder influencers. Love these workout videos. Tired of watching short, big “looking” guys almost exclusively on KZbin. Big respect for you to start with your modest weights,at your smaller size. Taller people like me need to see a former Pro bodybuilder use these type of weights and workouts. Thanks!

So real about the wanting to rush it back. I’m currently easing back in after a 2 week deload. I wanted to just go right back to my previous weights, but know if I spend a few weeks increasing intensity granular my joints and tendons will feel much better in the long run

Interesting point on the EAAs, I believe it was Dr. Lyon (maybe on Huberman) who discussed taking essential amino acids with a meal consisting of at least 30g of protein because they work in unison with the protein when it comes to muscle protein synthesis.. they don’t work effectively on their own.
