I really appreciate how real you’re being. I am an older person who fights injury and not hitting the goals some weeks. Seeing you keep going despite all these setbacks makes this so applicable to me and others like me. Thanks for doing this series

Having worked in the restaurant business for over 20 years I would say that it’s almost impossible to track calories with any kind of accurate eating out. The butter, oil, cream, etc usually aren’t measured exactly per dish. So each dish can vary 200-400 calories very easily.

Not bad at all, re results. I've gone from initially being sceptical to rooting for Adam. I guess it is my lesson not to judge based on seeing only 2 percent of someone's life and personality. Happy birthday in 3 days, Adam!

Thank you Adam, for being vulnerable… even though you were disappointed…. based on this… I will try to eat out less… I order ‘clean’ but as you just showed me….that may not be the best thing… thank you again for sharing.. Appreciate you…

I appreciate the explanation of your rehab plan and understand your frustration. I'm 6 weeks post foot surgery and I also got back results that were disappointing. My doctor said they could've been worse, but my trends are still in the wrong direction. Thankfully I don't need to do a third year of physical therapy to address this third injury I've had. We just keep trying, right?

Several sources say men can only gain 2lbs a month of muscle, with proper nutrition & in their first year training. If you gained 18lbs in a month, I'd say you're on steroids, no way around it.
@MindPumpAdam2 ай бұрын
You don’t need to say it . I’ve been taking testosterone for 13 years straight lol I’ve shared my entire hormone journey
@dez62782 ай бұрын
@MindPumpAdam Gotcha. I've lost 97# on mounjaro & recently started working out. I just didn't want the general public to expect that kind of growth. So many influencers don't disclose testosterone or steroids. I'm a woman in my 40's so I guess I'll be lucky to get the max women get in a month of 1lb, haha. Have a good day!

While the comment is slightly ignorant, I agree. I feel that this entire series is disingenuous and misleading. He is a former professional body builder that has a lot of money and sponsorships, which grants him access to basically all of the hormones and peptides he wants. Also, after being a listener for about 4 years purchasing and completing 5 or 6 programs, Adam has made it really hard to listen to the podcast. He is super rude by interrupting constantly, specifically justin, and generally gives the vibe that he needs to be the guy that has all of the attention. The video reinforced that, particularly while they were gathered around the desk. I am slowly drifting away from MindPump, literally just because of him. And stop fucking slurping your goddamn drinks.

TRT is hardly steroids... you're supposed to have healthy testosterone levels naturally
