Victor, why is the float so long for the 1 g jig that is used in shallow water? I would think shallow water would use a shorter float?

For maximum sensitivity. Even if the fish moves 1" in any direction it will detect it. They should all be long, but the problem is people break them.. and with the big floats it reduces the probability of people breaking them. Also the big ones u cast kind of far and wont be able to see small movements anyway.

Mono line 4 to 6 lbs! For the F100 4 lb is preferable. 6 lb is fine for the F125

Ordered...all the float packages :) Btw, if you need a swivel to change leaders you can use a Raven 4Xs micro swivels, or a 1.5 / 2mm fly fishing tippet ring. Both weight next to nothing.

@@ifishcatfish I also got yours to try out. I use JDM ones at the moment I like to run light soft leaders and having those micro tippet rings or tiny swivel adds next to nothing in weight. Easy to change leaders.
