Should residual oil drip from the nozzle head when burner is just removed from place ??

Never never dismantle the tangential slot cone and the orifice, it will disturb the factory setting, and the incorrect torque of the nut will disturb the atomization pattern, better to only flush the strainer of the atomizer with gasoline or lighter solvent, renew the O-ring every routine, also renew the nozzle every 6 months.
