About Iggy Azalea:
Amethyst Amelia Kelly was born on June 7 1990 in Sydney, Australia . To her father Brenden a painter and comic book Artist and her mother Tanya a homemaker and housekeeper. She has two siblings; Matias and Emerald Kelly. . Let’s take a look at a young Iggy: With her beautiful golden locks and adorable mischievous smile it's easy to see that Iggy had a kind of star quality early on in life. Iggy began rapping at the age of 14 and moved to the US shortly after turning 16.
Iggy Azalea is estimated to have a net worth of $6 million. A majority came from her 2014 album that peaked in the top 5 in many charts, broke records for non american female rappers, and got her features in many songs with other celebrities. She also made money off of playing shows. She recently debuted an album in 2019 which did not perform as well. And a new single in august of 2020. Iggy Azalea has had endorsement deals with the following companies, Benoit missolin, bonds, brian lichtenberg, chloe, fausto pugsli. She also has her own company called Azalea Street Productions.
Natural Beauty Traits:
She has beautiful bone structure with a strong but feminine jaw and high cheekbones. Her skin is luminous and she has a glow to her. Iggy’s essence is an interesting combination of delicate femininity and tomboyish ness- is that a word? Anyway It's reminiscent of a young Gwen Stefani if that gives you an idea of what I mean .
I want to add a bit of my own observation with Iggy’s type of face; this is the type of face that looks better as she ages; because she has that thick layer of fat just above her bone structure sorta hiding it. As she enters her 30’s and beyond that fat starts to thin out and as long as she doesn’t get too thin; her bone structure will be revealed (which is beautiful)
Iggy has admitted to a rhinoplasty, injectables, botox, and chest implants. I will cover the before and after of all of these in the video. We will start off with 2011, looking at her nose, then in 2014 where we will see some of the fillers mentioned. I do make an observation about where the Radiesse filler was used and how it changed her look. I will then go on to discuss the changes to her chin and eyebrows. You'll want to see the pictures for that. I then cover some more about her nose and lips and cheeks and the cosmetic procedures she got done on them.

I don't know why anyone does cheek implants anymore. In my opinion surgeons rarely get it right and they always distort the face. And then if you ever want them taken out, you'lll be left with significant sagging and laxity.

I totally understand..I have a round/heart shaped face myself. However, everyone has a different lot in life. Some women look more cutesy, some more angular...there's nothing wrong with plastic surgery but at some point, you have to learn to love yourself and the qualities that make you unique

I think it’s also about knowing what to do. I think Iggy could have done V line surgery rather than chin and cheek implants-that would have been a much more effective way to get the look she wanted

There is enormous pressure on women in the music industry to be the "end all" when it comes to beauty and sex appeal. She is trying to look her best in a very openly critical industry and a high definition world. Her publicist, has probably advised her to not admit to too much or she doesn't feel that it is necessary to share it all. She's an amazing artist.

I feel like admitting to some surgery but not others goes back to a phenomenon in psychology where if someone admits to half the truth, they feel they don't need to tell the whole truth. You see this all the time in Law & Order where the criminal will be like "Ok, I may have robbed her, but I didn't kill her!" (even though he did). The officers then say, "well if we was willing to admit to the robbery, why wouldn't he admit to the murder? He must be telling the full truth!" I Think that's Iggy's case. Also, celebs get surgery so much it would be exhausting to have to constantly tell people when you've had a little revision here and there. So it's easier for them to just admit to having one plastic surgery and then have the rest of their surgeries in peace because people will connect the dots anyway.

I feel like people admit to having some surgeries done and not others is because if they admit that they've had some surgeries it looks like they are being truthful and can hide the fact that they got and or are getting more done and act like its natural. They could use the argument of saying/ asking "why would I admit to having plastic surgery done if I wasn't going to tell you everything I've had done?" It's almost like a gaslighting technique to make people think they are more natural than they are

The surgeons in the US and elsewhere are just as good - it's a very particular look Koreans go for, and even Iggy could have chosen to stick with her first rhinoplasty and her cheek filler after which she still looked very natural. It's a matter of people completely overdoing it and not stopping when they should.

Call me a cynic but I feel like they’ll admit to somefor relatability points so people can say “Omg finally honesty yay!” but won’t admit to everything bc then the veil of Hollyweird will be completely lifted. I am still waiting for Madonna though ;) I think another reason not to admit to plastic surgery is that some procedures are more evident than others: Iggy’s second nose is significantly different than her first-she would have never been able to get away with it. Her bust augmentation was also dramatic. Other procedures she had were more about enhancement than drastic change. Also I feel that it depends on the environment: the hip hop community is much more open to surgery for women than the pop world, because hip hop is more about celebrating material gains and self-making than pop. Hope this makes sense and thanks again for speaking so openly about plastic surgery Lorry! X
