you mean the one at 0:08 and 0:12? the first one is a plasma rifle, it is carryed by most of the enclave, the second one comes in two forms,one is called lincoln's repeater, and its found inside the museam of history,where the hostile gouls are, when you get to the big room with a turret, go up the stairs on the left and through the hole in the wall and its in a display case, the second form of it are lever action rifles which are found almost anywhere in the point lookout dlc.

How many save games do you have? It is known that if you have multiple save games the game does slow down. But rarely, and it was only tested on the 360 so that might be your problem.

Dude you should try the alien pulverizer you can find it on the mothership zeta pack. it's freakin awesome. i loved the gauss rifle on operation anchorage though it saved my ass a shit ton of times

Yes but if you havent compleated the main quest for pointlookout you will have to pay a reosonabaly large fee of around 300 caps
