Onimusha 1 Samanosuke faced down Nobunaga and the game ended with the staredown. 3 opened up several years later with Kaede dead and Samanosuke more or less avenging her. I think this is going to take place in the time frame from 1 to 3 and will explain what happened and Why Samanosuke wasnt there as 2 showed Nobunaga went on a rampage until Jubei stopped him. What makes me think that is what I assume is Samanosuke saying he feels less human. 3 Samanosuke didnt seem bothered by it at all. 1 Samanosuke really didnt have time to process what deal he made with the Oni since everything happens from Sunset till the end implied to be near midnight if I recall right. So this might be Samanosuke realizing what he got himself into and how he really isnt human anymore. Samanosuke turned into an Oni at the end of 1 for a short bit and come Dawn of dreams which is near 60 years or so from Onimusha he still looks young though he does have white hair. So yeah I think this will be the missing time for Onimusha 1 to 3.

@@dt7667 well I mean we’ve reached the point of diminishing returns graphics wise for games. Considering that for some reason the trend is hyper realistic graphics, this was bound to happen eventually. You can only get so realistic before everything just looks the same. Plus I’d bet the corporate committees at a lot of major game studios get hives at the idea of any game having a color palette outside of gray, black, or brown.

I'm a massive Turok fan Turok Dinosaur Hunter and Turok 2 Seeds of Evil are some of my favorite games. This new Turok looks like trash in my opinion. It's just generic AAA over the shoulder 3rd person shooter co-op slop that is Turok in name only.

Honestly super intrigued by Naughty Dog’s new project. Seems so far removed from what they normally do, but writing and actual gameplay is gonna be top tier regardless. Also Sloclap making a coop football game is kind of an insane pivot from Sifu but I’m all for experimentation. And on the topic of experimentation, Hazelight doing sci fi and fantasy in the same game sounds mad but those guys continue to kill it with coop narrative experiences. And a game from former Telltale developers? Hell yeah. Okami 2 was the best announcement ever though.

Well it depends how casual you are.. theres only so much fortnite they can show in one evening but between elden ring borderlands 4 turok virtua fighter okami 2 berserker and so forth we are kinda spoilt for choice
