I have 18 hp fastwin, mod # 15034 (1961). No spark. What do I check first before I remove asm parts? 1) remove flywheel 2) check kill switch for short 3) check and set .020 in point gap. What else? Has good compression. It should start and run otherwise. I don't have alinement and timing tools. Where can I purchase them? Thanks for your help.
