You got a Y pipe for a 5.3. Weird that Stainless Works doesn’t allow you to select the 6.2 option. Especially being one of the most expensive header options out there.

Maybe different model, but in researching for a 2013 Sierra Denali 6.2......stainless works says only 5.3 is factory connect (ypipe) the 6.2 requires their catback (performance connect)

What type of tune do you need when you put headers ??? Just new spark plugs and wires or what does a tune consist of

You need an ecu tune to change the fueling and everything to get a little more power out of the engine and also not have the computer freak out by the original cats being gone

He’s gonna wait till he does the cam fairly soon. Otherwise if he wasn’t doing motor work so soon, yeah he would get it tuned

Yes they are high flow cats, not sure on a link but they are on stainless works website for the exact truck
