I am just few minutes away from this township. The lake is nice but the park itself is rather empty for now. Too much residences and less commercial happening at the moment. Not to say they are selling premium price based on the tagline "Subang Jaya"

I just left my rental apartment in Pandora to my new home. Seriously considered this township as everything is managed pretty well from the management. However, the price is pretty expensive but it might make sense after the whole township has been developed with retail. At the moment, it's kinda hard to find food by walking distance la hahaha. Who knows, I might come back here :) Good review, Sean.

Tropicana has sold some land to other developer within their masterplan if I am not wrong. Good thing ? And heard the mall is not materialized? There must be reasons on why they are selling such price under Subang jaya address per say. And is freehold land too.

Well there're good and bad. Good is the development pase will be faster just like their project in Kota kemuning. With IJM, Gamuda, and ecoworld all develop together, the address will be established quicker. Also, the cash required to build townships are just too crazy. This will somewhat relieve that too. The not so good side is there might be inconsistency in the building typology, but this can be controlled by communication between both party:)

I felt that you are downplaying the location of the substation and the high voltage pylons that are running through the front of project. There are various studies that showed living in close proximity to high voltage facilities will cause various negative health effects. I was considering Alira until I visited the site. The substation and pylons are less than 100 meters away from the entrance!!

It's great you visited the site. If the studies are legit, the government wouldn't have allowed constructions and buildings around pylons. So in my opinion, it's based on individual acceptance. Residences South would be rather far away from the Pylons compared to Pandora but if it's still within a distance that you're not comfortable with, do consider other options=) But thanks for watching!!
