Located right next to action, ARI is a development built very close to city center. Ixora is the latest project following the success of the earlier phase Akasia and Rumbia.
There are several character to the site, the surrounding building around are relatively low in height due to the Sungai Besi airport earlier. There are lots of government buildings with their own facilities and open space. Social housing are in abundance in this area as it's governed by the local council.
With all those in place, ARI leveraged on all those elements. Ixora will be the tallest building in the area with KL skyline as the background for all the units. Also, the density of the site is relatively lower along with landscape and open space in abundance. The most attractive part would be the restriction on the selling price, which makes this project exciting in value for money.
We also visited the earlier project of Rumbia to somewhat estimate the furnishings for Ixora and generally it feels spacious. In comparison with all projects a street away in Cheras, Ixora is just luxurious in terms of density.

Fikir la betul2 jika nak beli dengan developer dwitasik ni. Saya beli akasia apartment next to ixora banyak problem. Sama juga dengan rumbia condo next to ixora leaking teruk. Bila buat complain tiada tindakan apa2 daripada developer. Pas sana sini.

The parking at rumbia is really bad, it leaking and without painting. Sometime will have magical pond after rain and free waterfall from leaking. The price of rumbia consider pricy but getting this type of quality home really disappointed.

Welcome to the ixora / rumbia / akasia It it always a good idea to feed your fish, shark or even dolphin as pet in the car park.

Hope you will review the car park area at Rumbia. It like unfinished work for the car park and it ready for VP.

Not painted is not necessarily "unfurnished". My question is was anything being promised before the buyers signed the SPA?

I used to live in Tmn Mulia which is opposite the Bdr tun razak Park. It was so serene then (20 yrs ago). When permaisuri opened we used the access road to come back from mid valley 10 mins, to the city 10 to 15 mins but the congestion now I think is beyond words

Well that's unfortunate. Development will always take place unfortunately. But at least we get to enjoy those serene moments haha:) Thanks for sharing such stories!!

@@iherng So true. That area is serene and so close to the city. Eventhough with d heavy traffic u will also get home very quickly. After the opening of Permaisuri it creates more ways for ppl to get home. Its feels like living in the city minus the hustle and bustle of city life. However, so many developments nowadays the place is no longer as nice as before. Traffic jam already within Permaisuri vicinity ppl double and triple park it's so stressful to live there, in my opinion.

I am one of the owner of Rumbia… the unit itself is consider ok for me but what I can’t accept is the unpainted carpark which look like unfinished development… I am surprise that they say they won’t paint the carpark during VP… I am so disappointed with that answer… I hope the developer change their mind and Atleast paint the outer layer of the carpark podium… Please!!!

permaisuri is a good place to stay .. even in the middle of the city the bustle is not like in puchong

@@iherng Very possibly yes, Arte Cheras has a total 50 floors (41 residential which all are duplex + 9 parking) they revised their ceiling height now to 5m.... If my math is right that's already above 230m range which are in the category of the top 10-20 tallest building in KL.

I just heard from my agent that it's 50m from the pylon. I am cancelling my unit. Nothing comes worth in the expense of health. Please be very careful

I rented a room in seri puteri condo right beside cheras LRT, the lake facing unit all flooded by pigeons shit… i not sure is this building gonna be next victims 😢
