Actually i would really love to hear your thoughts about comparison between Gamuda Cove (leasehold) vs Setia Eco Glades (freehold) for not much more extra, both next to each other. I am looking at Cyberjaya simply because of freehold big houses for good prices that i can move to 10 years later when I am 50 with my young family, my daughter is only 1YO now. Thanks!

During my first view I off GC due to leasehold. Then I go and check out most freehold project with a bit township concept end up I back to GC. As it's quite clear that freehold will not have these fancy township thing. Elimina is suces but too huge for me to call it as own township, still need to drive and map. Garmuda garden not bad but also leasehold yet GC lower in price. If you are OK for smaller terrace house, their new freehold project next to gamuda garden maybe suitable. But it's north side la, I'm fine for any location, but also feel GC is more strategic for me as kl-nian due to mex highway. At 1st I also tot I'm the only odd one from kl center, but heard that most of the buyer from kl too. Maybe we klnian do not have other neighbouring township option compare to those originally in kepong klang puchong. Now just finger cross there will be more good price expenses retails grocery options (not over atas like mk ). The push factor maybe is my son enjoyed the tram ride 😂

Wow what a coincidence! Just booked GC today, was tried finding your related review these few weeks but don't have for mori pines . Actually I was keep thinking on camellia, my boy like the purple brochure alot 😂 but think think think still feel extra 460k for less than 300sf more compare to mori pines cluster. How is your opinion for mori cluster vs camelia? Does cluster link vs semi D really so big price gap eventhough size is similar ? If price gap 200k+ 1.4mil for camellia I will take for the peaceful and more atas feel, but gap is close to 500k. Hope can get some of your advices, as its quite helpful I'm in the loan process

Which did you end up taking? I'm contemplating between both. I really like Camillea but the close to 500k gap to Mori cluster just don't make sense to me.

@@nareshjeyapalan9732end up I took Moripines, quite a quick decision, the SA pushing Moripines more and try not offering much in camelia, maybe the want to clear the older phase 1st, even I'm keep thinking of camelia (but SA told even Moripines can access for clubhouse too). Actual layout wise camelia not so big difference, if u want Camille I think the bigger size type B makes more senses.

Tldr: Inspire to be good project, has a lot of good idea from some of the best development in the region...But I just feel something is wrong....could be very wrong I know I will receive a reply read: "You don't want to solve anything, you just want to be angry." or "You don't even own a unit here, you have nonsense to complain about this." Which is fine, I have no connection with Gamuda in anyway, and I am genuinely disgust (a subset of anger), so if you don't want to read the rest, just leave. Let me vomit this out.
@chongjunxiang30025 ай бұрын
I have to watch this video twice just to make sure I can concentrate on what Sean is saying and not distracted by my anger. The idea of building entire township consist of single family home a la Levittown, a car based bedroom suburb, connect only by highway with no railway or buses, generally not sustainable development...in 21-century...I know it is not fully Gamuda or their architects fault. This land was Langat wetland reserve, that degazetted within this decade just to build all this, is moral disgust for me toward Selangor government. And if recent news stand correct, Selangor will degazetted more land, include shrinking the Langat Wetland even more, also the Shah Alam community forest and Bukit Lagong stripping. I am not a Nimby generally, I glad to see more home build in sensible way for making my town, with more potential customer, yet forest in my backyard will be gone one by one really is a scary thought. And Gamuda having to operate a wetland sanctuary is just Selangor government ask them to pay the blood money, while Selangor enjoy all the new land revenue.

I seeing this shop project inspire by DPC mall and lake, which is a successful project to take note from. Quite frankly stratify shophouses is just shopping mall with extra step, or a risk-profit spreading strategy between Gamuda with the investor. Stratify shoplot is ideal for this case as there is a well defined architecture style apply here, and the last thing you want is your shop rented to high polluting businesses such as car workshop, or typical big signboard that does not respect the architecture, that are ruining the vista. Lake front shops, very good shopping environment, with lake properly managed before even open to public. (Other developer generally don't do this expensive things)

Open air parking eww.... Looks like even ambitious, branding itself as "car free" just to try to convince me to pay attention towards them, is still not able to avoid Selangor parking minimum.

This time it is not NotJustBike broke my brain, today it is tehsiewdai broke my brain. In the past daring masterplan like this with its inspiring scale model can make be go aww. But Netherland and Tampines videos destroy me. Now I see 6 land road with a zebra crossing, with no artificial risk and as deadly accident await to happen, between a baby stroller, a child cyclist, a wheelchair and a Pajero driving down it 110km/h. And if Sam Ke Ting ruling precedent etc stand true, it is the parent, the kids and the wheelchair fault, and they should pay the Pajero for repairing cost. Before you say NJB is biking in Amsterdam and you say Amsterdam is cold. Well have you consider all the old trees chopped down make my eye green and red? When I can see the breezy and well shaded Tampines cycling lanes just make me feel danged hopeless in built environment here. Poor Sean now need to film some Tesla parking on 40C parking surfaces while sweating and risking dehydration because our priority is all wrong, resemble Nga Kor Ming kneeling in front of a Tesla charger.

At the first I want to heavily remand on e-tram idea, but I hold that thought because I don't have much information. But generally I want to say this is not a genuine public transportation. Sunway BRT, despite quite gimmicky, or even Gadgetbahn, is still connecting A-to-B from major rail services, with a lot of colleges and Sunway City benefit from it. But where is the 'e-tram' connecting? Where does it go? Does it show up in RapidKL map so I know where am I going? Or it is just like Sunway Monorail in 80s? Going to discontinue within this decade? It is slow, low capacity, and doubtful it has a good frequency, or even going to your houses and apartment. Where are the buses? A true transit hub like Bukit Merah? I believe sending buses here connecting South Selangor townships to Putrajaya or Cyberjaya MRT could help a lot of people. But so far it might be too systematic to solve the problem.
