Yeah, I have done in previous days of eating videos... thought that was a bit long for the full week though haha. That's why I put my myfitnesspal name up so people could go and look if they wanted to.

I LOVE your emphasis on fruit and vegetables! So many people just smash in the protein and carbs and completely ignore that you need to eat some vegetables for your health

The way you chopped up the video between your daily activities and the informational segments made it much more interesting to watch. Great video!

JoeyD, the editing in this vid is fucking great man. I love how you didn't take us through the boring tasks of talking at every single meal "Ok guys, here's meal #3, blah blah blah" like every mainstream fitness youtuber does. Nah just sick beats and quick explanations with useful tips. Well done man. You deserve so many more subs imho. Always look forward to your vids

I am eating way too much food 5 to 6 times a day and at the end of the day I weigh less . I reduced my fat intake to practically 10g to 15g and my protein close to 120g to 140g. I went from 185lbs to 171 in 10 days. If I did not have witnesses to the fact I would not believe it myself. I have been charting every move I make, and I am loving the result. I hope in 6 months to see a drastic difference in appearance. I am 5'8" and bulk up to fast at times. Every ounce shows on shorter bones. You are inspiring so many. Thanks

Great video. Really enjoyed it! Your diet is very clean - it’s lovely to see. The tip about getting your protein in during most of the day then using these more single macro foods like bagels, avocado near the end of the day was v helpful too. Simple but it makes sense. Thanks :)

So much thought put into this video, very transparent guy, very legit, thanks dude! Also found your entries on myfitnesspal and noticed you don't usually track there yet clearly you know how to hit your macros when you want as shown in this video; do you use something else to track or just eyeballing and keeping mental notes of everything?
@JoeDelaneyy6 жыл бұрын
I only usually track when I'm actually cutting, or the odd day here and there just to get a feel for what calories I'm eating intuitively. I can't bring myself to track all the time...

Definitely has a vegan-y texture, but honestly I kind of like that. The protein bars are the same... but I prefer them to normal ones now because they feel like less of a chocolate bar.
