So here's the deal with this. She's working so hard to get this to go through without foreseeing how badly this can blow up in her face if it actually goes through. See there's this little thing in a lawsuit called Discovery. And because she purposefully try to be as vague as possible, it means that the defendant can ask for very very broad discoveries and it's probably not in her best interest to have her and her businesses financials in front of a judge.

The reason the courts are not dismissing it is because since no clear claim has been met with any real allegations(I.E. He did this specific thing that caused this amount of damage and this is why nothing else could have caused it) they can only dismiss without prejudice, meaning she can refile it... So since she seems intent to do so... It is cheaper and less paperwork to just let her amend her complaint as part of this lawsuit rather then having to file a new one.

Hey as just an average guy who watch's Illuminaughtii's (or however its spelled) I have to say that I have never heard her talk about too many KZbin creators too often. At least any creators that have not went and done something horrible and highly illegal. So for so many other KZbin creators who I have never heard of to all jump on a band wagon and start making videos talking trash about her seems a little high school teen drama movie of the week to me. It also seems kind of suspicious to me too. Because of the saying "there is no such thing as bad press". So I am guessing that all of you guys are simply working together to drive each other's subs and view counts up. Now I have no proof of this but I do believe that it wouldn't take some highly skilled and bored investigator too long to find out. Then what, actually I really do not care, so if your not working together then your a punk for online bullying a woman and not only bullying her but group bullying so grow a pair and man up. Or don't because for all you know right now I could be a bot or a kid or someone who is psycho hell bent on saving all women from online cyber bullying by any means necessary!!!!! Too much?? Yeah I think that was over the top so strike the last line or 2. Anyway have a pleasant day 😆 😆

Blair has filed a lawsuit against three defendants that is why it is still noteworthy right now. If you are unaware of Blair's past actions, here is a small sampling of them: She weaponized Wonder’s ‘end of life’ note against him to a million viewers. She tried to take Oz's home before Christmas. She pedojacketed the Click. She basically SWATed Wonder. She repossessed Wonder's car. She filed a lawsuit for defamation and breach of contract against Oz, Wonder and Felix. She cyberbullied Madison. She stole research from a Facebook group. She has plagiarized multiple times. She harasses former collaborators with alt accounts. And this isn't even a complete list of all the immoral actions Blair has done.

Oz whined on twitter, opening himself up to be sued Madison didn't have to react the way she did. Could have stepped back. Blair's writer stole research, not Blair Maybe there is some truth to the plagiarism. But thinking that isn't the most morally wrong thing really shows something wrong with society. Her former collaborators wallow in their own self pity. This isn't a complete list of countering* your propaganda.
