For PhD normally your PG marks are considered more important. And almost 80 percent universities across India provide part time PhD

Hello ma'am ,please guide me ,as in IIM Rohtak website for part time phd their is an written sentence that for part time phd they do not grant any degree, so then what does they provide after completion ...,is m not eligible for the salutation of (Dr) please clarify me, that would be a great help

Yes IIM Rohtak offers EFPM is not recognised under the 2017 IIM act , making it a diploma course and therefore you cannot use a the prefix Dr after completing it.
