Hello sir, Currently I am in XI . I have watched your videos of the way of studying physics,maths and chemistry. And I took 1-2 hours to think on a high order thinking questions (advance level) in physics upto that concepts I have covered. It was very exciting experience on sitting and thinking on how to solve the high order problem step by step for hours and many a times not able to solve. But sometimes also able to get that correct solution like recent advance 2024 paper units and dimensions question and one error part , I was able to solve correctly. Also the logarithm question of maths of this year adv 2024 . In chemistry I was able to solve two direct questions of atomic theory , one was of bohr and other was uncertainty principle in which there was statements which I have to read it carefully. SO total I was able to solve 5 questions of this year of adv 2024 paper till the topics and concepts which I have studied till now. Currently I was studying very beautiful chapter of mathematics Trigonometry . Thank you sir for your genuine advice and guidance, it helps us a lot in improving ourselves😊.

Don't half-a*s anything my guy. If you want to drop go all out. Very few (and i mean VERY few) partial droppers manage to get into a better college. Most of them try to focus on one of the two and get caught up in the other and ultimately get a worse rank and a horrible cgpa after year 1. I'm saying this because I have an apartment friend that took a partial drop. Do not put your feet in two different ships, else you will sink. Either focus in college or take a complete drop and go ALL OUT. all the best.

Aab agar may uss choice ko float may rakh rha taki Round 2 may koi uper ka choice available hai ki nhi. Sir just 1 confusion, if you were had to choose, IIT Roorkee CIVIL vs IIT Guwahati Mechanical vs IIT Goa Maths and Computing vs NIT Jaipur CSE....(I have gone through syllabus of mechanical and i have developed interest over fluid mechanics and thermodynamics in 11th and i too have been pretty well in computer subjects since 6th-7th class and IIT Roorkee because its my dream college and IIT GOA i got in mock seat allocation)

I have friend studying in iit bhu in metallurgy branch...which is a nkn core branch and all tht i have heard frm her is tht these days non core branches are the best choices because they offer less pressure as compared to the core branches and gives u lot of freedom to explore other things that u might like....also even the job offers these days are basically completely based on skills rather than a particular branch So if you really want iit tag then u shud go for a good iit irrespective of the branch

Electrical at IIT KGP is extremely good both in terms of teaching and putting students in great places. In my opinion, it would be unwise to not opt for it. However, if your son is really interested in Mechanical, then IIT Bombay Mechanical is a good option. But note that Mechanical at IIT Madras, Kanpur and KGP are very good, too.

Sir we are having very confusing situation within our family. My son has interest in Electrical Engg. General Cat n Expected Mark's 171. My Son's View: Even if I won't get EE in top 7 IITs still I would go to one of these top 7 IITs. Parents View: Since you have interest in EE. Go for IIT where you get EE or may be look at Engineering Science branch. Kindly guide...it would be a great help.

First of all, well done. I am of the same opinion as you - if he is really interested in EE then that choice should take precedence over the Institute (among the IITs). However, this is a big "if". At this stage it is difficult to say if one has real interest in any Department. I suggest that he first go through the curriculum of EE as well as the curriculum of the other Departments. And, only then decide.

Good evening sir. I'm writing this because I got 97 marks in JEE advanced after 1 year drop. Not qualified. Got AIR 18k in mains 2024. Was keenly interested for Bsc research at IISc from past 1.5 years but its cutoff is air 1214 but my rank is 2750. Also not possible through Advanced now. I want to pursue pure science with focus on Astronomy and astrophysics. But my parents and brother want me to go to CSE at NIT (since I'm eligible for Good NITs, and you must be knowing the CSE High placement blabla), they aren't creating any kind of pressure but we're from a middle class family with one one earner. I'm myself confused where to go what to do. Even not eligible for IIST. I'm gonna apply to DTU & DU Btech counseling too. Kindly suggest something sir. It would be very helpful of you. ​@@navneetsinghr4290 sadly, i disagree... 23 by far was more tricky. almost 20 marks worth of wrong questions, reduced the scores alot. and numericals(2 decimals) as in 23 are kinda more difficult as compared to the integers as in 24. Choice is yours bhai, College != you... And ill repeat myself, jo bhi karoge, accha hi karoge. So, lay back, go on vacations tbh if u can.

When one is at a young stage, it is better to study things in the most general forms. So in my personal opinion it is better to take CS or ECE than a course which specializes in AI from the very beginning. Again this is a very personal opinion. Note also that the ECE Department of IIT KGP is legendary - many top students have gone through it to make extremely successful careers. Even the Institute Rank 1 (President's Gold Medal Winner) at the end of 4 years here at IIT KGP is usually either from CS or ECE.

IIser BS Engg mein kya hai Btech degree nabhi denge wo foreign jaise BS degree denge. Aur stream bhi 1 st year se nahi denge EECS Chemical aur Data Science Streams available hai 2nd year se jo ki marks ke basis pe allot honge so aisa ho sakta hai ki even after securing admission tumhe pasand ka stream na mile cgpa ke wajah se. Plus IIser ka engg more research oriented hai like if you wanna pursue engineering higher degrees then it's a good choice but job ya settle hone ke perspective se thoda lesser choice hai for now if you want quick job but it's not at all a bad option but proper engineering colleges prefer karna chahiye jaisa tumhe chahiye

আমি একজন অভিভাবক । আমার ছেলের প্রিয় বিষয় ফিজিক্স। ওর jeemain wbjee দুটোই ভালো হয়েছে । ও ছোট থেকে সবসময়ই কিছু না কিছু বানাতে ভালোবাসে। এখন সেটা নানান ধরনের ছোট ছোট ছুরি বানায়। ইউটিউব দেখে কপি নয় একেবারেই নিজের মতো। ও JBNSTS জুনিয়র encouragement awardee । ওর ফিজিক্স নিয়ে পড়লেই হয়তো ভালো হবে।কিন্তু আমাদের এই ব্যাপারে একেবারেই কোনো ধারনা নেই।ধারনা নেই BSMS করার পরে চাকরির সুযোগ নিয়ে । Postdoc সেটাও কি চাকরি, postdoc এর পর কী করে ছাত্ররা সেটাও জানা নেই। scientist এর কী industry তে যোগ করার সুযোগ থাকে ইঞ্জিনিয়ারদের মতো। এসব নিয়ে BSMS IISER NISER এসব নিয়ে আপনার মতামত জানাতে আগ্রহী ।

Sir I am expecting 164 in JEE Advanced (General Male) and hope to get a rank under 4k, however I wanted to take Engineering Physics at IITM after seeing the curriculum. It's cutoff is around 1.8k for General Category (Gender Neutral) so I don't expect to get it. I am also most probably getting CSE at BITS Pilani but I am not too keen on it. I was confused whether to take a partial drop from BITS Pilani for this reason and trying JEE next year, or to take a full drop, or to just take CSE at BITS Pilani and remain there. Could you please enlighten me on this?
