@BestLifeAdventureChannel Just got it mounted today! I am heading out this Thursday until Tuesday to give it a good shake down run. Starting to get into winter up north here so it's my favorite time of the year. Still not cold enough to run a diesel heater just yet. First thoughts are, I like it. I like the mini compared to the bigger skycamp 2.0. I was running in terms of reduced weight it's unmatched. Love the updated windows! Looking forward to trying the Rtt comfort pad. As a hike in kind of camper in a lot of what I do, I've used a number of sleeping pads from exped to thermarest even more basecamp style matts they offer, so I have a lot to compare it to eventually. The rtt comfort looks like a promising upgrade to those that don't have it already. The lighting is neet. However, one minor drawback, which isn't a deal breaker, but for the extra cost from a 3.0, I do recommend they have an option to cycle different color lights. I love red or green lighting at camp so having the choice to cycle though many colour's would have been just perfect 👌 Ill report back to you after my first night in it, how's that sound? I'm really looking forward to seeing the walls for the awning at some point. Chat soon! Happy camping

Great detailed review! I'd be curious to see how the wall system works. Haven't found any other video in youtube about it and the photos online don't show much details. Really curious how much it closes in the back by the tailgate as that's never shown. Not that I have the wall but I've seen that my current awning leaves a very large gap in that area which defies the purposes of an enclosed area to cover from the elements.

Nice video team. Do you think you could attach a sail track to the rear of the exoshell and attach a length of canvas to the soundtrack to cover the gap between the back of the XO shell and to the roof of the vehicle so you don’t have a gap and rain potentially coming between the car and the awning?

Question. How do you think this Awning and The exsoshell will work with ice and snow on it? Will you be able to close it with ice on it?

We’ve not encountered that yet but I have to imagine it would work significantly better than the PVC bags that come with other awnings. 👍😃
