Hello Aunty, May I know how many minutes to fry the chilly Paste to get a darker color ?

Hi Lassi, fry until oil appears and visible on top of the chili. Once oil appeared it will change the chili to darker color. Means its fully cooked.

Will later it is' kemuli,' alot of work. There are 8 dishes to b served wit anyway we can do it wit 2 that already delicious. U remember these dishes udang goreng asam and pajeri terong.

Aunty how to you remove chilies hotness from your fingers after cutting them. I am very worried it always burns my eyes after cutting them. Donot know how to prevent its hotness gets into my eyes while face wash thank you

Hi there, some ppl are more sensitive to capsaicin that is released while cutting chillies, for fingers you can try rub some olive or vegetable oil before cutting. For face and eyes, try using glasses/facemask to minimize irritation.
