सर हमने जुलाई 2018 में एक जमीन रजिस्टर्ड एग्रीमेंट कराया हुआ है कीमत ₹400000 रुपया है और ₹300000 रुपया बैंक ट्रांसफर जुलाई में कर दिया था और ₹100000 रजिस्ट्री के वक्त देना था लेकिन वह पार्टी कोरोना कालका बहाना बनाकर बच रहे थे जब हमने दबाव बनाया तो उन्होंने कहा बाकी ₹100000 डाल दीजिए तब आकर बैनामा करेंगे वह पैसा हमने इस माह डाल दिया फिर भी नहीं आ रहे हैं कृपया उचित मार्गदर्शन करें

Hello Sir, I executed a sale agreement on my name but missed to add my wife name also there is no female mentioned on the sale agreement and now my bank is saying I can't apply for PMAY .can you please advise what to do and how can I add my wife's name on the sale agreement and if can't her add can I still apply for PMAY . please guide me. Hello sir, I m trying to purchase land which is enchroched by adacent owner and he made sites and sold using wrong survey number. I m 100% sure I can win the case I need to execute agreement to sell with original owners ... what clauses should I use in this case Can I put the clauses like land with fraud and misrepresentation the local parties are in possession. Original owners for full and final sale consideration here agreed to sell the land to me due to not able to personally look into legal proceeding and the reasons know to them What can be clauses please clarify.

Dear sir I bought a property but could not get conveyance deed registerd due to stay order so I entered into an Sale Agreement in form of notarised agreement which I did not presented at Sub registrar office to make it registered agreement. But now I have received a notice from sub registrar office regarding the due stamp duty for the agreement. Sir please guide me as how to proceed for the same as there is still stay on the property.
