And in thi case buyer has some remedies against seller that buyer suit file krde ki mjhe vo performance chaiye yaa poori krvaani h seller s jiske liye court injuction file krega agains the seller ,2.)Buyer suit for price ehich he paid to seller ( earnest money)krde upon the seller in the court that seller. property dene s mna kr rha h 3) Buyer suit krde for interest upon the seller ki mera seller ki performance yaani property transfer krne m kuch benefit hone waala tha .....4) Buyer suit krde upon the seller for breach(break) of the contract of sale.........5 )Damages claim kr dkta h buyer seller s suit file krke

सर हमने जुलाई 2018 में एक जमीन रजिस्टर्ड एग्रीमेंट कराया हुआ है कीमत ₹400000 रुपया है और ₹300000 रुपया बैंक ट्रांसफर जुलाई में कर दिया था और ₹100000 रजिस्ट्री के वक्त देना था लेकिन वह पार्टी कोरोना कालका बहाना बनाकर बच रहे थे जब हमने दबाव बनाया तो उन्होंने कहा बाकी ₹100000 डाल दीजिए तब आकर बैनामा करेंगे वह पैसा हमने इस माह डाल दिया फिर भी नहीं आ रहे हैं कृपया उचित मार्गदर्शन करें

Sir I purchased one flat from developer without any agreement for sale I paid full payment and rec'd receipts and position letter from developer and now flat is under my position but now due to differences between landlord and developer he is not registry my flat can I take legal action . Ther is 50 flats in which 30 flats are registerd by developer but after dispute between them they are not doing registery . please advice me . I from kolkata

Hello Sir, I executed a sale agreement on my name but missed to add my wife name also there is no female mentioned on the sale agreement and now my bank is saying I can't apply for PMAY .can you please advise what to do and how can I add my wife's name on the sale agreement and if can't her add can I still apply for PMAY . please guide me. Also I contacted few lawyer some are saying I will need to cancel the current agreement and go through all the process again and some are saying can add the name through rectification deed . I am totally confused and need your help .! Request you to please throw some light.

सर हम ने एक प्लॉट लिया जिस को स्टांप पर है एग्रीमेंट करवाया जिस दो पार्टनर थे दोनों पार्टनर रजिस्टर करने से मना कर रहे एक के नाम पर जमीन का डायवर्सन है दूसरे के नाम पर नहीं है जिसने हमें प्लाट बेचा उसके नाम पर डायवर्शन नहीं है तो क्या करें एक पार्टनर खत्म हो गया तो जिसने हमें हमें बेचा है जिसने हम प्लाट बेंच उसी के नाम से हमारा स्टांप पर पूरा एग्रीमेंट है दूसरे का नाम उसमें नहीं है तो रजिस्ट्री हमारी कौन करेगा प्लीज सर हेल्प मी प्लाट पर हमारा मकान बन चुका है

Hello sir, I m trying to purchase land which is enchroched by adacent owner and he made sites and sold using wrong survey number. I m 100% sure I can win the case I need to execute agreement to sell with original owners ... what clauses should I use in this case Can I put the clauses like land with fraud and misrepresentation the local parties are in possession. Original owners for full and final sale consideration here agreed to sell the land to me due to not able to personally look into legal proceeding and the reasons know to them What can be clauses please clarify.

Dear sir I bought a property but could not get conveyance deed registerd due to stay order so I entered into an Sale Agreement in form of notarised agreement which I did not presented at Sub registrar office to make it registered agreement. But now I have received a notice from sub registrar office regarding the due stamp duty for the agreement. Sir please guide me as how to proceed for the same as there is still stay on the property.
