bend your legs a little bit more to catch more momentum through your body and when hitting your forehand and always catch your racket with your left arm it helps to keep control of your racket and coming back to swing quickly enough for the next ball

tennis. Karla I’ve seen players that depending on their grip and the way they take their arm back affects how they swing. For me, I usually almost always catch my racket because of how I prepare to hit my forehand. I like to bring the racket above my left shoulder but I’ve definitely seen people and pro players that do just across their body to the left side. But try it out and see if it makes a difference in your game or style (:::

yeah i think its a good idea, i have a habit of finishing too low and then it hits the net 🤡
