ThNks for posting. I think a smart thing to do if possible would be to also draw a line to the height of a tennis net so you’re not getting used to hitting low balls. Esp for a beginner. Love the way u kept moving your feet tho. It’s one of the dangers of wall ball, we can all get lazy & stop moving our feet because we know the ball is coming right back to us

That’s such a solid idea, some walls I have played on have this already so it makes it so much easier. I have another video coming up with my tips and I think you’ll like seeing the cool wall I found in the area. Moving the feet is SO important I’ll definitely keep this in mind - thank you!

I’m surprised you’re not standing further back. Since the ball comes back so quickly the only way I can hit with a decent follow thru is to stand as far back as possible

my follow through here is definitely cut short. I like the make my wall workouts more aerobic but I found another drill recently that helped me slow down which is waiting for 2 bounces. I thought it was helpful for timing. I’ll definitely keep this in mind. The next time I play on the wall, it has given me something to think about.

I have low wall so I can’t hit it too high.

Using a low wall could provide a good opportunity to work on bending and also to practice your volleys
