One game should be on the list, the 1948 NFL Championship game at Shibe Park in Philadelphia, there was a blizzard in the area the day before the game which dropped almost a foot of snow, then an additional 4" during the game. Philadelphia beat the Chicago Cardinals 7-0 before only 28, 864 people
