Fun fact; in LEGENDS, Spock is a French commander on a French Gneisenau. On PC, he's on the German tech tree alright if you order him with the big bundle or the Vulcan bundle. If you just order Spock alone, he's in the American Tree, assigned to Enterprise by default. So if you are greedy, on PC you can have TWO Spocks, one on the German tech tree, one of the American tech tree. Bortas is good because Fiji is good. Best T7 light cruiser. Oh the stats seem to be different...
