Hindi nag-atubili ang ilang residente sa pagtulong sa isang senior citizen na sinusubukang sagipin ng rescuers mula sa binabaha niyang bahay sa San Mateo, Rizal.
Tulung-tulong na gumawa ng paraan ang mga residente para maibaba ang matanda mula sa second floor at madala sa evacuation center.
