⁠@@Jeremy-wp4yhno, this is a short program. It’s always the 3 required jumping passes: one axel, one solo jump, and one combination. Sometimes he switches out which jumps he’s doing, but the number of jumping passes has always been 3 for this program.

Just spectacular! I was so lucky to see this in-person today at the world championships in Montreal. He is creating a whole new generation of figure skating fans, myself included. He’s amazing for obvious reasons BUT, as any skater will tell you, the condition of that ice is horrendous and skating on it in that condition makes it SO hard to keep your flow and timing since your adjusting to bumps, ruts and really slow ice. Well done!!!

Technically impressive, and improved spins and steps, but he still moves as if he has not fully grown into his lanky body, with limbs flopping from one element to the next like a rag doll. A strong focus on ballet would help.

Ich habe mir noch einmal das Kurzprogramm " Winter" von Yagudin dagegen angesehe und muss sagen, da kommt bis heute keiner ran.Soviel mehr an Geschwindigkeit, Dynamik und Körperbeherrschung.Es ist eben doch nicht nur ein Abspülen von Sprüngen.
