Everyone who steps into the trading world tries their best to find a ''Holy Grail'' at first. Finding the perfect indicator, perfect course, perfect algo, perfect strategy. I guess that's why there are so many who speaks a lot about the market but only a few are brave enough to observe all this knowledge and act. I really liked that you considered the RR ratio as the Holy Grail of the trading world because if we live in probabilities, the only best thing is that we get a tight stop-loss for having a bigger RR and becoming more profitable. This is good if you can sit all day long on the computer, watching 15 m candles for hours then place a trade. swing trader place their trades and leave. It comes to the personal level how you wanna live you life. Btw you approach is good. 💯

And one thing it does not affect your risk to reward. Swing traders can easily go with 3% risk per trade while 10 pip sl traders fears to increase more than 1% unless you are a gambler.

Beautiful point man! This is how it is! Just a single correction - I spend just 1- max 2 hours per day on trading. It's very systematic and it will require focus when an opportunity presents only. No need to watch the whole day for 15M candles. It all comes from the higher timeframes, which give the confirmation and then you just enter tight! Glad you liked the video!

K900b_ Iliya Sivkov - Trading Fanatic Agree. I trade the m1 chart. And what I mean by that is I take ENTRIES on the m1 chart. But I use the weekly down to the m15 to analyse the market first. I use hourly levels to map my intraday levels and zones that I’m working within, and bang. That’s it. Simple. And often, I’ll just trade for 30/40 mins per day, yet often make 5-10% in that time only. Max loss of 4% per day. I do very well. And I do NOT sit there all day. I can do, and on a good day, when I do I make a fortune. I’ve had many 30% days. But once you have a decent account, 2-5% per day is more than enough. Then, out on the boat, out on the bike, whatever. And that is how I choose to live mine. Don’t tell me as a swing trader, your positions aren’t always/often on your mind and you’re checking on them regularly. A good scalper hits his desk, makes a ton, then fucks off and forgets about the market 👊🏻

I am not trading news at all, Randy! I just skip it all. Spreads are huge, manipulation is high and I've been burnt before. So I prefer just to skip it.

Sibet, I am not into crypto at all. I just swing trade BTC and ETH. Not really looking to buy any shitcoins. I have around 14 millions Shiba Inu coins, and after I made profit on it, it doesn't allow me to sell it. So it's all scams those things hahaha.

Hello Iliya, I think it's contradictory for you to say "Entry points don't matter but R:R matter" Next time I'll suggest you do more objective edit on your presentation before posting. Good presentation but that intro is a bombshell. Think about it. If Entry points are inconsequential then traders wouldn't be drilling down to the LTFs to look for tight entries. Refined entries giving you better ROI are like getting discounts especially with standard 1- 2% equity exposure.

Hey Mark! Yes, you can definitely do that. Structure is on every timeframe. When doing this though, you run the risk of the market tapping into a 4H/D1 key level, which will reverse the market. So if you have a short on 1H/5M, but the 4H is too low and hitting support, then you will have trouble :)

Well, the difference between 15 and 30 is not a lot. I used to use 30M when I was doubting the 15m. But I'd advice you to pick one, test it out, then test the other one and make an informed decision about which one is better.
