Very good Idea… they should be moved .. but let me ask… how can Government do road and will not cover the gutter only for the residents to cover it with planks …now I’see rubbish in those gutters maybe that’s the real intention for persistent open gutters. Secondly the park ground should be tarred else, more sand influx on the main road.
