Every time I hear for a sick person I know personally I have same symptoms instantly.This video helped me a lot to understand why

This happens to me all the time. Every time I research a symptom or run into someone with a serious illness, I start having those symptoms. Currently feeling like I have Parkinson's disease because I've met 2 people with it. Can't sleep and I've lost 10lbs in 2 weeks!

Same bro... I do google and always have some disease in my body.. And alway think that i am going to die by heart attack. 😅

@@201amarti I already suffered from three aneurysms (sarcasm) because a friend of a friend sadly lost his life to one. I have been constantly checking my head's sensations, even though I know that such disease doesn't cause any symptom. Oh and don't forget heart attacks. They are the worst.

I have Illness Anxiety because in the past, I have had health problems, ranging from a gallbladder pain, a bacterial infection, and even a mini-stroke. I am fine now, but because of those experiences, I get worried so much that something else will happen to me. I would even go as far as checking my heart rate and blood oxygen on my apple watch. It doesn’t help that COVID-19 happened either. I’m glad I’m not alone. Its a long road to keep my mind off my own health.

my health anxiety has gotten worse again recently. my mom got sent to the hospital over a month ago (she’s alright, she’s been released. it was pneumonia) but my health anxiety isn’t related to that i think it was caused by google or something i have a pre-existing mental health disorder (autism)

I know a few people with this and I doesn't matter how many Dr's they see or hospital visits. They are totally convinced they are ill and get frustrated when Dr's can't diagnose them.

Doctors misdiagnose 10-20% of the cases. You never know, whether they have sth or not.

I’m always curious about certain stuff but the second I hear about something scary like a disorder or desease, if I think I have one slightly similar symptom, I start to freak out, my heart rate goes crazy, and I think I’m going crazy. I start to think about whether I have that desease or disorder all day. I can’t get it out of my head. Like I thought I was a narcissist just because I thought I had a similar aspect or symptom. (which I actually never had, I just thought I did). I would never want to be a narcissist obviously so I would get mad at myself saying that’s not true but I could get it out of my head 😭. Lol I’m chillin now but this shit always come back whenever something pops up about a disorder or desease or something. I have a lump in my nipple and I thought it was cancer and I was freaking out immediately and then I realized it was very normal for teenage boys going through puberty but I still was kinda nervous. Edit: sorry I have adhd so I don’t know why I wrote so much but this is how I feel.

AND I ALSO TOUGHT I AM NPD, Also bpd spd avpd ocd ocpd , EVEN FUCKING AUTISTIC, YOU NAME IT I HAVE IT ALL 😂 It sounds funny but im still not completely over. My therapist said she is convincing me i am not mentally ill or anything. I did come to a lot of conclusions about myself but it was all bad for my mental health .

My question is how can differentiate sometimes we ignored the symptoms thinking of just anxiety plz help
@Dr.Constantine5 ай бұрын
If something is objective measurements for example high blood pressure. High glucose levels its objective. But if whole day you feel fine and in the evening you have fears and anxiety its more likely panic attack
