I strained something in my mid back while deadlifting today, i’m currently on the couch and it really hurts when i bend over or stretch my body sideways, from now on i’m going to take my warmups and stretching wayyy more seriously. I usually don’t do it at all😬

Lol, it's the only way anyone learns. It took me many strains and pains before I took mobility and recovery seriously. If you don't have a red light a heating pad on the back can be your best friend after a strain. Best of luck my friend

@Reese Willis yes bro pain got over 1) give it full rest 2) buy a therapy plus hot/cold pack for putting on that area 3) still if you want to do workouts neglect that workout in which you get elbow pain 4) especially it will pain during back and biceps exercises but if you want to do it then change the angle like if you get pain standing biceps curl or hammer curl then neglect that do only preacher curl and do light weight but in my opinion give it rest first and follow 1,2 and 3.

I've been doing carnivore diet since january 2023 (no plants, mostly beef in the form of steak or stew meat. lots of beef fat preferably, or butter). It wasn't long after that that i started working out regularly for the first time in my life. Multiple times per week just because i feel like doing it, which was a rare occurence previous to that way of eating Quite a few other unexpected benefits materialized as well Can recommend

I've been eating mostly meat, veggies and fruits while trying to recover from illness and I've had a similar experience. I've never gone full carnivore but I notice a diet with no processed foods in general seems to make me feel really good. I may try the carnivore diet soon though, I keep hearing good things about it.

Great post! No doubt, carnivore for the win.💪🏾 Started the lion diet in February 2023. It has been a great revelation for me! This came after using the keto/carnivore diet. As I slowly backed off of carbohydrates over an 18-month period. My body started to agree with me on all levels! Once I went strict meat, salt, ghee, & water, my body composition has improved immensely!! 💯🔥💪🏾

I think I injured my shoulder during a chest fly. What should I do?
@moversodyssey
@moversodyssey 2 жыл бұрын
Couldn't tell without seeing it for sure but I can say the most common injury I see from chest workouts is shoulder impingement. If it were shoulder impingement I would stretch my pec major and minor often and probably also do some trigger point release or self massage on the pec minor and bicep. The pain isn't usually in these areas but they are usually the tight muscles pulling the shoulder out of alignment. Try googling some of this and see if you think it applies to what you feel. Best of luck my friend, hope this helps

Thanks man! Your right. There is no pain but something feels out of place. When I lift my arm there is a pop sound and I feel that something moves out of place.

Most likely it is as you say. The question is, should I continue doing regular chest and shoulder exercises?
