Thanks for putting these together! The way they teach the lifts is so simple. Many times they're broken down into too many pieces and then when you're actually lifting, you have all these small pieces of the puzzle to think about and it feels impossible to put them all together.

i wish he would show how he trained to utilize the whip in the jerk. his timing to account for the whip is impeccable! he always initiates his jerks on the third bar whip. i know he trained for it... but none of his training videos ever show that training.
