IM BACK - First time out on Lake Michigan with new lower unit - Brown Trout

After a long 7 month wait I finally received my new lower unit for my motor. Evinrude had the lower backordered and took quite awhile for them to manufacture my unit. Video is of my first outing back out on the big pond following some nights of inland walleye fishing. Hope you guys enjoy, it's great to be back out on the water and hopefully I can bring you guys some exciting content this next year.

Normally after ice out me my dad and my brother go out brown fishing at a little warm water discharge near us but it sadly got shut down 😢 nice video

mostly jigging spoons but also got a few on red colored dt10s. The dt10s work really good as they dive down super fast and also weigh a nice bit so you get good long casts from them.

when does coho season start down in Kenosha , we are beginners and trying to learn how to catch salmon at the right time?

usually the run really starts to heat up first week of may and lasts through the entire month. once june rolls around all the fish start to move deeper offshore
