I just came off of a 2 day fast. My greatest work out is eating. I eat Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday. 😂 I need to get in better shape. Not to be 'swolle', but I need to deflate. I've gained 10 lbs. I refused to put my daughter in public school. They had someone come regularly and smudge. As a Native American, I don't follow the practices they do, so I homeschool. Another school she was in had a transgendered kid in an ELEMENTARY school! Absolutely not! Stay real 🎉

I was in a stressful relationship that had me lose a lot of weight. I got down to 101 lbs at 5’ 3”….. my chest, leg and arms were weak as hell….. I felt weak as man overall. But I thought to myself, screw that! I went to the gym and haven’t stopped these past two months. I gained 15 pounds, my arms and chest are looking nice and my legs are coming along as well. Still got some work, want to be at 125-130.
