I did a solo trip after i escaped a very abusive relationship. I went to rome for 5 days and it changed my life. Seeing i was able to do all this stuff on my own, it was to refreshing and healing! I would encourage anyone to do a solo trip and I sincerely hope you manage it x

i feel like i’m too dependent on my boyfriend to be able to go out and enjoy myself, and neither of us have a friend group so we limit ourselves sometimes as well. i dont think im in the phase of taking myself out yet but I do want to rebel against the system of waking up, going to work and doing boring things especially when i compare myself to my peers who are living their best life. I’m going on my first solo business trip next month and I can’t wait!!

I went to Italy a month ago with a friend who bailed after 2 days 😒 long story short I was forced to either enjoy the trip by myself or sulk alone let me tell u it was the most empowering thing to walk around eat alone & just do it all & might I add time saving when ur not waiting on others u will enjoy it have that trip & as a woman just always watch ur back but go & conquer the 🌎 women are so much smarter then men lol u will be fine ✌🏻

In February I went to Poland by myself. I did 3 nights and went and seen all the things I wanted to do! It was the best thing I’ve ever done! I have two children and a partner of nearly 11 years so it was nice to have a break. I was anxious as hell but it’s made me want to do it again! You’ll be fine I promise ♥️
