Good luck in your next fight, I do wonder if MMA isn't more of where all of your talents would be better used, but hey, you want to box, good for you, GO STEFI!

How do you get over the idea of getting hurt? I want to start boxing but I did not even start because I’m concerned about brain health. What mentality do you use to overcome this?

Dear stefi, one of your old subscriber here. I am preparing for my nationals weightlifting championship. 24 weeks out. Can you tell me what should I focus on more other than the main lifts ? Should I train endurance too in order to be at my top physical condition ????

I’m still amused that after you fought to a draw, you said that there wouldn’t be a rematch as your opponent was a stepping stone. Isn’t it against the law to call someone a stepping stone who you didn’t beat?

You do realize boxing paydays are exponentially higher than MMA paydays. It’s certainly not dying, especially with it’s revival over the last year and a half.
