He's a swimmer, so he will often be wet. Maybe you should try to draw hairstyles both dry and wet, and see what you like most.

i TOTALLY get what you mean about the struggle of drawing expressions while consistently capturing the character’s likeness. loved this process! and you got the eezygang merch on eughhh - subbing for sure girl! can’t wait to see where the story goes :)

I think you should keep his hair long (Leo) to add some depth plus ear piercings,necklaces, Tattoos and rings for them it would draw more to the characters and texture hair brush on top for some depth again. Like spray paint brushes for ( Zaire ) or hair brushes for little fly aways hair for (Leo)

Ooh I’m on a journey as well to creating a webcomic and wooo it’s definitely its has its own hardships 😭 but you got this! I like the character designs so far and leo would look really cute with long imo

I’m really enjoying your creative process and hope you keep this series going. I’m want to make a BL webcomic in the distant future but for now I’m just working on improving my drawings skills, I only recently got into digital art (procreate), so I’m focusing on being proficient with that first

easy sub! I'm working on developing a webcomic/comic too, it's so nice to see other artists sharing their process. I don't see the master doc template in the description (sorry if it's there and I missed it), are you still planning to share it? The prompts on it look like they would be super valuable :)

also quick tip you can make it that when you press the bubble on the lasso tool to make it automatically fill the selected area

So excited to watch your process!! I started a comic in 2021 but had a bunch of health stuff happen so it’s been put on the back burner, this makes me want to try and pick it back up and see what I can still do~

You should definitely try to pick it back up. It took me forever to start but now that I’m started it’s soo much fun. Challenging? Yes, but I get to prove to myself that I can do it (no matter how long it takes)☺️
