السلام عليكم ورحمة الله و بركاته What should the working women (ex:teachers, officers, etc) and the homemaker's do on a Friday at the time of jummuah(time when sermon is delivered) ; should the women stop their business as said in the last aayas of surah jumuah??? If yes, what should be done, if she isn't attending the khutbah??

If you don't believe in it, please read your Qur'ran Surah Maryam verse 71."Not one of You but will pass over it (hell). I won't to be a Moslem because I want yo be free from the hell fire. If You want to be from the hell fire, just to believe in Jesus as Your Savior.

There is no mention of Jesus in that verse of surah maryam It says “thy lord” which is Allah for Muslims.
