before adding sulfamic acid, if i perform sncl2 test to check gold on aquaregia, solution turns black for few seconds and again turns back into yellow color, why is that happening?

when you meant "add some sulfamic acid to neutralize the solution" to which pH we have to bring the solution to pH 7? before adding SMB. I added like a lot of urea(approx 200grams) after aquaregia step to check if solution will become basic but of no use, solution remained acidic, any idea why?
