I currently work for them out of Phoenix. $33.48 an hour over here. As of April 19th 2023 I'm at 42.5k for the year so far. I average between 55 to 60 hours a week. I've had a couple 65+ hour weeks. Can't really complain the money and the benefits at not bad at all.

I work there going on 7 years. You work like an animal. All the 5 burrows of NY. If you dont like to work hard dont bother. When I was hired you needed 2 years experience. It changed to 6 months because they have a hugh turn over.

No, I think being salaried doing food service is putting a cap on your earning potential. Not only that but with the amount of work involved it just makes sense getting paid based on your performance. Whether that be component pay or hourly plus incentives. I wouldn’t want to be delivering 900+ cases a day knowing I’m salaried & potentially working 12-13hrs a day. So if I had to choose between the two it would be hourly but component is better than both in my opinion.
