I don't do a traditional altar for Imbolc. I do an ice altar. Using snow water I add in herbs and flowers foraged locally then freeze. Once frozen I put a candle in the middle and allow it to melt in a bowl. Then take the melted water and pour it out at our property's border. *For me this symbolizes both the seasons changing as well as cleansing for a fresh start.

You look so, so pretty in this video!! Your hair looks so healthy & shiny! I have a Mists of Avalon oracle deck but it is different than yours. I would love to see a walk through of your deck. I'm a huge fan of all things Arthurian. May your Imbolc be meaningful for you. Blessings.

I’m celebrating Imbolc for the first time today! Nothing too fancy, I’m partially in the broom closet, but I have a few candles going

I found this video fascinating and I loved that you included showing how you choose your oracle cards and incorporate them on your altar! It inspired me to brush the dust off of one of my Oracle decks and use it on my altar for this season!

Eeeek! I've been waiting for this! I've decided this year (started with Yule) I'm going to celebrate every Sabbat and your videos are BY FAR the most informative

This is my first year really allowing myself to really get started with my practice. I don’t feel as connected to Imbolc as a Sabbat, but I did do a mini altar and listened to an Imbolc inspired playlist. Im excited though to research the Sabbat and add it to my BOS!

I have barely any connection to Imbolc. For some reason, starting at Yule and continuing until usually a couple weeks before Ostara I have this weird dip in my energy (mental, physical, and metaphysical), so I suspect it has something to do with that. It's like right in the middle.

I work with Brigid too but this will be my first Imbolc as a practicing witch. I don't have herbal oil for anointing but I am going to use some Irish stout beer instead. :) I'll also use that as an offering along with bread. Love your videos!

Glad this video came out now because it's inspiring me. I literally just a day ago started a new journey on trying to love myself more and manifest and all that and I could use some fiery Imbolc energy. My altar is currently collecting dust and needs to be changed so I'm excited to spiffy it up and get the energies flowing again. Thanks for the video 🔥

I was planning to just leave my altar as is, but you've made me really think about changing my altar to the seasons and sabbats more and bring more intention to my practice. For Imbolc this year, I'm heading to the Bristol Goddess Temple for a ceremony with a friend, neither of us has celebrated the sabbats with others before, so it'll be interesting for sure. I'm looking forward to it but also really nervous.

Currently cleaning, decluttering, and rearranging the bedroom (where all of my witchy things are), so I've only got my basic altar being set up at the moment. Next is manifestation space, and seasonal! I'm hoping to get them all done before the end of the week, but who knows? Like you said, you never know how long something's going to take =) I don't know why, but seeing opalite (pretty glass) in peoples' collections of stones always surprises me. It /is/ gorgeous, and can be used for so, so many things! =D
